It’s the perfect make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings, ensuring you get a healthy, energising start without the rush. The layers of creamy yoghurt, chewy oats, and vibrant fruit look almost too good to eat!

100g rolled oats (porridge oats work best)

2 tbsp chia seeds

250ml milk of your choice (dairy or a plant-based alternative like almond or oat milk)

2 tbsp Melora Mānuka Honey, plus extra for drizzling

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

200g Greek-style or thick coconut yoghurt

A handful of fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries work wonderfully)

1 tbsp toasted seeds or chopped nuts for topping (we love pumpkin seeds or almonds)

Prepare the Overnight Oats: In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, your chosen milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir in one tablespoon of your precious Melora Mānuka Honey until everything is well combined. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least four hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the oats and chia seeds to soften and absorb the liquid, creating a lovely, thick consistency.

Sweeten the Yoghurt: Once your oats are ready, take a separate small bowl and mix the Greek-style yoghurt with the remaining tablespoon of Melora Mānuka Honey. Stir gently until the honey is smoothly blended into the yoghurt, giving it a subtle, creamy sweetness.

Assemble Your Jars: Now for the fun part! Grab two clean glass jars or tumblers. Start by spooning a layer of the prepared overnight oats into the bottom of each jar. Follow this with a generous layer of the honey-infused yoghurt.
