Ingredients
- 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (170g) Melora Mānuka Honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: crushed pistachios or walnuts
Instructions
1. Whisk dry ingredients.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add honey and eggs.
4. Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
5. Chill 1–2 hours.
6. Roll dough into balls.
