Melora Lemon flavoured Honey
- To some parchment paper add some honey. Smooth out the honey. Top with sliced apples. Then top with some brown sugar & cinnamon.
- Add puff pastry on top of apples. Brush puff pastry with an egg wash. Add turnovers to air fryer and air fry at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Carefully flip turnover & cook for another 2 mins until golden & crispy.
- Take turnovers out of air fryer and let cool.
- Once cooled, top with powdered icing sugar and enjoy with ice cream!
