Looking for a movie night snack that feels a little more special? This popcorn is coated in a simple glaze made from butter and Melora Manuka Honey Blueberry Squeeze. Baking it briefly in the oven sets the glaze, making it perfectly crunchy and messy-free.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • ¼ cup Melora Manuka Honey Blueberry Squeeze

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Pop: Pop your corn (air popper or stovetop) and transfer to a large bowl. Pick out any unpopped kernels.

  2. Melt: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the Melora Manuka Honey Blueberry Squeeze and salt until the mixture is smooth.

  3. Coat: Pour the honey mixture over the popcorn and toss gently until the corn is evenly coated.

  4. Crisp: Spread the popcorn onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175°C for 10 minutes.

Cool: Let the popcorn cool slightly on the tray (this helps it crunch up), then break apart and enjoy!
