Ingredients

For the Chia Pudding - 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk) - 1 cup chia seeds -
2 ripe bananas
For the Layers - 1/2 ripe banana, sliced - 1/2 cup granola
For the Walnut Cream - 1 cup almond milk - 2 cups walnuts - 1 tbsp Melora Mānuka
Honey
Optional toppings: fresh berries, extra banana slices, almonds, additional honey

Instructions

1. Make the pudding: Add almond milk, chia seeds, and bananas to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
2. Layer 1: Divide the mixture into two jars.

4. Make the walnut cream: Blend almond milk, walnuts, and honey until creamy.
5. Finish: Spoon walnut cream over the granola.
6. Garnish: Add berries, bananas, almonds, and optional honey.
