Mānuka honey, they’re ideal for prepping ahead and enjoying throughout the

Ingredients

- 7 tbsp gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1.5 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 2 tbsp Melora Mānuka Honey
- Desiccated coconut (optional)
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

1. Blend almonds and oats.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Shape into balls.
4. Optional: coat in sugar-free white chocolate.
5. Chill.
