Recipe

Tub of coconut yogurt 500g

Chia seeds 3 table spoons

Manuka Honey

Toppings: Strawberries, Blueberries, Mango, Pinapple, Passion fruit

Optional: nuts and seeds.

Method:

Mix the chia seeds with the coconut yogurt and leave in the fridge for 2 hours. Add to the mixture to 5 dishes, top with Manuka Honey and then add the fruit toppings with an added sprinkle of nuts and seeds.
